The Interior Concept represents the modern yet traditional Indonesian Heritage and diverse arts, which covers from the outfit of the staff up to the famous handycrafts produced in Indonesia.

Selection of Food & Beverage Menu are in majority authentic Indonesian Dishes and drinks, strongly focusing on diverse dishes and beverages, which are almost distinguished and rarely been served in other similar type of Restaurant, with a modern touch. The Talaga also serves common served dishes from all other parts of Indonesia. To improve the image and appearance of the dishes and beverages, The Talaga aims to serve them in “Haute Cuisine” with decorative and innovative garnishing.
